Are all items authentic?

Yes — every piece passes our multi-point in-house inspection before listing, and every sale carries a lifetime authenticity guarantee.

What do the condition grades mean?

We grade every piece on a five-level scale from S (Pristine, unused) to D (Good, well-loved). The full definitions live on our Condition Guide, and each listing includes item-specific inspector notes.

What currency am I charged in?

PayPal orders are charged in US Dollars (USD). Thai local payment methods (PromptPay / TrueMoney) are charged in Thai Baht (THB) at the exchange rate displayed at checkout. The currency selector in the header converts prices for display using indicative rates.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal (including cards via PayPal guest checkout). Customers in Thailand can pay with PromptPay (Thai QR) and TrueMoney. All payments are processed on our providers’ encrypted platforms — we never see your card number or wallet credentials.

How fast is shipping?

Orders dispatch within 2 business days. Southeast Asia typically receives in 4–8 business days; rest of world 6–12. Every parcel is tracked and insured.

Can I return an item?

Yes — 14-day returns in original condition. Full policy on our Returns & Refunds page.

Do you buy or consign pieces?

Our sourcing team purchases select pieces outright. Message us on WhatsApp with photos and we will quote within one business day.

How do I ask about a specific piece?
