We want you to be completely confident when you buy pre-owned. If something isn’t right, here is exactly how we make it right.

14-day returns

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the piece is in the same condition as received and all included accessories and packaging are returned. Please contact us first (or message us on WhatsApp) so we can issue return instructions.

Authenticity guarantee

Every item we sell is guaranteed authentic. If a recognised third-party authentication service judges your purchase not authentic, we refund the full purchase price including return shipping — at any time.

Item not as described

If the condition of your item differs materially from its listing and condition report, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a return at our cost and refund in full once verified.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty. Customised or engraved items are final sale.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item passing our inspection. PayPal refunds are returned to your PayPal account; PromptPay and TrueMoney refunds are transferred to the Thai bank account or wallet you nominate when requesting the return, at no cost to you.
