Terms of Sale

These terms govern purchases on this website, operated by Yongkang Zongchao Trading Co., Ltd. (“MAISON DEUX”, “we”).

1. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability, with a full refund of any amount paid.

2. Pricing & currency

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Display currencies other than USD are indicative only, converted at rates we publish for convenience. The amount you are charged is the amount shown at checkout: in USD when paying with PayPal, and in Thai Baht (THB) at the exchange rate displayed at checkout when paying with Thai local methods (PromptPay / TrueMoney).

3. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment providers: PayPal, and — for Thai payment methods — PromptPay (Thai QR) and TrueMoney collected through our licensed payment partner. Your order ships after payment clears. We do not access or store card numbers or wallet credentials.

4. Authenticity & condition

All items are guaranteed authentic and are sold in the graded condition described in the listing and its condition report. Pre-owned items show wear consistent with their grade; grade definitions are on our Condition Guide.

5. Shipping

Rates and estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery signature.

6. Returns

Our 14-day return policy is described on the Returns & Refunds page and forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction at our registered office, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
